How can I help?

You'll have a specialist assessment working towards a clear diagnosis, and a consolidated management plan working closely with your physio, GP, or rehab team, not around them. Whether that means imaging, education, guidance on rehabilitation principles, an ultrasound-guided injection, or a structured return-to-activity programme, the aim is you’ll leave knowing what’s happening and what comes next.
